Build a store that keeps working while you step away.
Ecom Automation Blueprint is a step-by-step system for setting up sourcing, listing, order routing, and customer replies so your store runs on its own logic instead of your constant attention.
Running a store by hand doesn't scale — and it isn't supposed to.
Most new store owners end up doing every task themselves: finding products, writing listings, checking orders, answering the same questions on repeat. That works for a week. It doesn't hold up long-term.
Hours lost scrolling for products with no repeatable way to evaluate them.
Orders, inventory, and shipping updates tracked manually across five different tabs.
The same three customer questions, answered one at a time, every single day.
One connected pipeline, instead of five separate jobs.
The Blueprint walks you through setting up each stage so it hands off to the next one automatically — you're checking on the system, not operating it manually.
Sourcing
A repeatable filter for choosing products worth listing, so you're not guessing.
Listing
Templates and rules that get new products live without rewriting everything from scratch.
Order Routing
Orders flow to fulfillment automatically, based on rules you set once.
Fulfillment
Shipping and stock updates handled by your system's logic, not manual check-ins.
Support
Common questions answered before they reach your inbox.
Six modules. Build the system once, in order.
Foundations & Store Setup
Get your store structured correctly from day one, so later automation actually has something solid to plug into.
Product Sourcing Filters
A checklist-driven way to shortlist products, instead of relying on gut feel or trends alone.
Listing Systems & Templates
Reusable listing structures so adding a new product takes minutes, not an afternoon.
Order & Fulfillment Automation
Set the rules once for how orders get routed and fulfilled, so you're not touching each one by hand.
Customer Support Workflows
Pre-built responses and triggers for the questions that come up most often.
Maintenance & Monthly Review
A short recurring checklist to keep the system healthy without going back to manual work.
Built for people ready to build a system, not chase a shortcut.
- Already have a store, or are ready to set one up properly
- Are willing to follow a build process module by module
- Want fewer manual tasks, not zero effort
- Can commit a few focused hours to set the system up
- Want a store that requires no setup or ongoing attention at all
- Aren't willing to make sourcing or product decisions yourself
- Are looking for a guaranteed outcome rather than a system to build
Before you get started.
Do I need an existing store to start?
No. Module 1 walks through setup from scratch. If you already have a store, you can jump straight into the sourcing and automation modules.
What platform does this work with?
The workflows are built to be platform-agnostic — the principles apply whether you're on Shopify or another major store builder. Specific setup walkthroughs are included in the modules.
How much time does setup take?
Most modules are built to be completed in short, focused sessions. The system is front-loaded: you build the structure once, then maintain it with the monthly checklist in Module 6.
Is this "done for you"?
No. This is a system you build, using the templates, filters, and workflows provided. You're still the one making product and business decisions — the goal is to remove the repetitive manual work around those decisions.
Ecom Automation Blueprint is an educational course. It provides training, templates, and workflows for setting up and automating tasks within an ecommerce store. It does not guarantee any specific outcome, sales figures, or level of success. Results depend on factors outside of our control, including your effort, market conditions, product selection, and how the material is applied. Any examples used throughout this course are for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of similar results. This course requires real work to set up and maintain — it is not a passive or automatic path to running a business.
